We are aware that some of our pumps do not get going as quickly as they should. We have taken steps to address this issue and in the future no pumps should have this problem. However, if you are having trouble with your pump, first give it 30-40 quick pumps, and you should be able to get the gel flowing. If that still does not work, please contact us and will send you a replacement pump at no cost.
